Pier’s and Blake Steakhouse Restaurant Review

The morning sky can be so interesting. Do you ever look at the sky and see pictures in the clouds? It’s nice being outside and watching the sun come up.  This morning I ran my last 16 miles before the Philadelphia Marathon next weekend.  It went well except for my left hamstring.  My pace was faster for the long run, averaging 8:53 for 16 miles.  I’m not sure that means I’ll ever achieve my goal pace for 26.2 miles but either way, however long, I’ll make it to the finish line.  If you want to follow, go to: Realtime Race [...]

After some fun chit-chat with the group, the two of us left for a recommended restaurant about half a mile down the road called The Mirror Lake Inn.   We had [...]

Restaurant Review for Valley View

As we were getting ready to go to dinner last night, I looked down to make sure the shoes looked ok with the dress and look what I found:   I DID bathe but it won't come off!  Click on the picture to enter for some goodies from Old Bay. I have offered a review of Valley View restaurant before because it is conveniently located from our house, the staff are so friendly, the food is good -reasonably priced gourmet cuisine, it is clean, a fun place to eat and we love it.   Last night's dinner deserves a standing [...]
