That’s a Wrap

Exercise in review: How’s your running, cross training, walking, biking, swimming going?  I left out skiing although the weather this past week certainly leaves that as an option in many places.  As for me, all running goals have been met except for the 60 minute run Saturday. I’m looking forward to that one even though the weather is suppose to be back into the teens. Time to stop the party

It's Ash Wednesday and time to stop the over indulgence.  That's what FAT Tuesday is all about isn't it? The last Hurrah? My back was extremely stiff this morning. I had a hot stone massage on Sunday which was glorious but it didn't loosen anything up or maybe it did, but my leg workout yesterday just made things worse.  As a result, there was no workout this morning except a nice walk with Shane to loosen the "clamp" a bit.  I was really craving something just a little different this morning so I went with a weekend omelet combination less the [...]

Home Sweet Home

We arrived home yesterday after a long day and a half of travelling.  The icy conditions in PA had not disappeared in the AM when I tried to walk Shane. It was impossible.  We only went about 1 mile.  It rained non stop all the way home.
