I finally found my new desk! The Elliptical Machine Office Desk!  In fact, I said to my business partner “We should both get one and see if we can get a health insurance discount!”  Then we saw the price: $8,000.   That will have to go on hold for now. The Flower Story and Crab Quiche

January 2nd is my mother’s birthday.  It’s pretty tough buying a gift for her after exhausting all the best ideas on December 25th.  But we try.  This year, she gave us no help what-so-ever in regards to what she would like for her birthday.  When in doubt, go for flowers.  1800Flowers.com.  I love that site! Vegetable Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

By now you know I enjoy the taste of Portobello mushrooms. My favorite type of fungi.  Boy! It sure doesn't sound appetizing put that way.  Hmm....???? Two giant Portobellas were in our fridge. Ted wanted some kind of meat but I wanted to use the mushrooms. It was decided that the mushrooms would be transformed into a "dish" for our vegetables served at dinner tonight.
