THE MELT DOWN: I suffered yet ANOTHER meltdown concerning Boston. I was confirming hotel reservations and discovered I had booked my sister in a MARYLAND hotel! That’s the STATE of Maryland. How that happened, I really cannot tell you. I changed the booking but had to spend another $100. MORE per night. Ok…whatever. New Age CD

Yesterday, a CD I ordered arrived in the mail.  I heard about this group last week on NPR and loved the preview of their songs.  On the inside cover, the group writes ... 15 repetition plan

This week I did 15 repetitions of all exercises.  The weight wasn't decreased and, during certain exercises I increased it a bit.  Today was shoulders.  5 mile treadmill run. 30 minutes of shoulders and abs. 36 min. jog with Shane. Pre workout VPX shake.  Breakfast was 1/3 cup Silver Palate Thick and Rough oats + cinnamon + 1/2 peeled and chopped pear. I sprinkled a little natural stevia on the oats after.  Must be feeling sugary today.  Fruit = 1/2 grapefruit. Shake was a FUZE shake with 2 strawberries, made with 1 scoop VPX.
