Just Pineapple Waffles

Running like a hamster on a wheel.  Do you ever think about that when you’re on the treadmill?  Nothing more encouraging than comparing yourself to a rodent – all be it cute, but still….a rodent.  Today:  Ran 7 miles on the treadmill and another 5.22 with Shane who was itchin’ for a run. No weights this morning.   The original plan was 9 miles. Whoops! The T/M run was torture.  I just couldn’t get a rhythm.  I stopped twice and my pace was 9.33. Am I really that old?

My REAL age is 8 years younger than I am!  Yay!  So I’m 30 something.      I actually think I could knock off another 2 years making it 10 years younger because some of the responses were left blank. Is my eye sight going? Didn’t I see them?   How do I know this about my age?  Because I took the test at REALAGE dot com. A Restaurant Review: The Balkan

We had intended to dine at The Celtic Harp however plans change and we ended up at the restuarant on Genesee Street called The Balkan.  Ted pointed out that the other side of the restaurant is called The Hadley.  In an earlier post, on a Thursday evening, I said we had eaten at The Balkan.
