English Toffee Oats

Ted had the right idea this morning - stay in bed. I reluctantly, got up and some how made it through my work out.  I started with a Jay Robb Protein Shake.  25 minutes on the Elliptical which seemed like an hour. 40 minutes working shoulders and abs.  4 sets of everything with 12 repetitions each.  Shoulder press with dumb bells. Using the cable machine, front raises, rear delts, lateral raises.
