As you can see, something “fatal” happened to my site.  I will need help fixing it.  Hope I won’t be down too long. This week as been one of those weeks!

Myrtle Beach Diva Half Marathon 2013

What a fun event, the Diva Series Half Marathon at Myrtle Beach.  The expo wasn’t over whelming with too many vendors, just enough to “window shop” and easily find some long lost Alpha Delts As true sisters will, or rather RUNNERS, we had to eat!  Our pick was Carabas where there was something for everyone on the menu RACE DAY – April 28th The best. 2013 Race Schedule

What do I have planned for 2013?  Originally it was to take the year off racing but then a few things happend. 1. I had a birthday that put me in the LOW end of my age group category.  What better way to compete?! 2. Training Schedules: A Look Back

Do you save your workout schedules? First of all, do you even HAVE a workout schedule?  If you don't, you should.
