It was a GREAT day to wake up today!  Why? Who knows... just happened. The alarm went off - complete surprise. Meaning, I didn't anticipate it by laying there half awake. I turned it off with no thoughts of delay, I was out of bed, in the bathroom, brushing, putting on clothes, and downstairs to grab water and a shake. Wow, did I feel good. I was working legs today. To get a little bit of work done for my upper body, I did the elliptical for 20 minutes and the rowing machine for 15 minutes. Leg workout, 30 minutes: [...]

A New Day

Up early and ready to go.  Hopped on the tread mill for 35 minutes and stomped out 4 miles.  Did a little over 30 minutes of legs and finished with a 2 3/4 mile jog with Shane.  Today's Leg Workout: 1 set walking lunges 8 sets x 12 reps of Bar Squats with 4 sets x 12 leg extensions then 4 x 12 leg curls 8 sets x 12 reps of Ball-Wall Squats with 4 x 20 seated calf raises and 4 x 20 ball crunches. 1 set of walking lunges.
