It was a much nicer weekend for running in CNY.  The roads were clear and the weather slightly warmer.  It would have been a lot warmer if I chose to run later in the day but no. Running sense and Lemon Nut Tea Cookies

What a fun morning. The alarm went off at the usual time but I chose to take today off from running.  When Ted got up at 5 am, I also got up.
