Krill Oil and a guest post: Beat Away the Blues with Food

The other day I received some samples of KrillOil.com.  *Not a vegan friendly supplement.  Krill Oil promises 48X the antioxidant activity over other fish oil supplements and no fishy-after burps. Hunter Mountain: Day 2

As usual, there was no sleeping in.  We were in the hotel gym before it opened.  The desk attendant was kind enough to let us in.  I was able to stick to my schedule and get the 30 minute run in while Ted worked the weights.
