Avocado Muffins with Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate

The other day, I received a box of Ghirardelli chocolate. Be still my heart! This is part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker program with Ghirardelli Intense Dark chocolates. Since so much chocolate was in the box, I decided to let two co workers taste test the chocolate. Sue on Midnight Reverie: Smooth, intensely chocolate. Birds Eye Voila! Chicken Parmesan

As part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker program with Birds Eye Voila!, I received a coupon to try any of the Birds Eye Voila dinners. The one draw back: no shrimp or vegetarian options offered in our supermarket. On a positive note, the freezer section did offer a tasty option for Ted, Chicken Parmesan. One of his favorites.
