Finishing this weeks weight workout with back and shoulders.  It was a good workout for 40 minutes.  Nothing terrific on the Food Network. There was Road Tasted with the Neeley’s.  I just can’t get into that show but it was too early for today’s news so I suffered. The Canal Classic Bike Ride

Last week, I received a notice about a Sunday morning bike ride called the Canal Classic,  a pre-race ride for all cycling racers.  I posted a message to the MVBC group asking if “C” riders could do the ride.  The response was impressive.  Most everyone said “You should do the ride. There are a few challenging hills, but it’s a great ride and CHUCK is buying all the ladies ice cream”.  Sounded good to me, the ice cream that is. Baby Showers, Graduation Cakes, and Testing

Test results for Running Coach certification:  I PASSED!  YAY!   I hate tests and I’m a crappy test taker.   But the result on this particular test was a passing grade with FLYING COLORS.   Ted and I took Shane for a long walk Sunday morning and decided to skip our morning bike ride this week.  Ted had shoulder aches and pains and I was hurting from low back to my toes.  We’ll shoot for a Monday night ride, if it’s not raining.
