Wow! What a surprise. I opened up to do this post and the whole look of the page is different. Hey Guys! I REALLY like it!
This morning, yes, I did get up and work the missed chest work out from earlier in week. But instead of doing any warm up aerobics, I went right to weights for 40 minutes. I have to say it was only actually 30 minutes because I was foolin’ around, looking at books, la-de-da-ing it. Shane and I had a great jog/walk though. We jogged about 2.5 miles and walked 2.25 miles.
Now for the review on the new oats. Remember last nights post? So I talked Ted into trying them with me and made a double batch using 1/3 cup dry per person. They do look a bit thicker and slightly darker than average oats.
I added a peeled pear, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 TBS organic unsweetened reduced fat coconut.
1 TBS Raisins. I separated some oats for Ted and then added 2 TBS soy milk and 1 tsp pure maple syrup. The result from both sides:
Good… very tasty. Not sure the difference is worth the bigger difference in price but we’ll enjoy the 2 boxes I ordered for a while.
To go with the oats, I made a VPX shake with 2 strawberries and 1/4 cup of FUZE.
That’s the early morning report, except ….did you know…..Today is Walt Disney’s Birthday (1901) and also…..HAPPY BIRTHDAY,SAMMY D!
You asked 2 questions:
1. You asked about changing the “No Comments” at the end of a blog. I want to do the same thing. I saw the response you recieved, but I don’t under stand it. If you do, would you mind explaining how to do it? I know you have to pay for the CSS upgrade. Beyond that I was totally lost.
2. You have a “Subscribe” button… RSS feed. How did you put that on your site?
1. No, I didn’t understand it either. That’s why I added the instruction block in the right column, temporarily postponing the CSS upgrade. I may need the CSS upgrade later so will follow up then.
2. Do you mean the “subscribe by email” link? I set up a feedburner connection using WordPress instructions (I don’t remember where I found them). Feedburner gave me a URL and I created a Text widget with a title of “Email” and containing that URL link.
