This morning I worked out alone. Ted stayed up late to watch the election results:

Breakfast was kind of fruity: 1/3 cup Cream of Rye + 1/4 banana. 3 strawberries sliced in the Rye at the end. Protein was 1/4 banana, 1/3 cup frozen blueberries and 1 scoop of VPX vanilla protein.
Not looking forward to going to work today. It’ll be another busy one with advertising, end of year book work preparations, ….not the fun, problems solving, product related stuff. Oh well, someone’s gotta do it.
