MIA But BAN

MIA = Missing In Action But…BAN=Back again Now. This month has been amazing! Such a lot to do, traveling, working, socializing, chores…it just went on and on. Now my life can resume some normalcy. I was able to run this past week while in Philadelphia, suffering on a treadmill with a non-working video screen and no music. Two days of speed work and one easy, boring run, getting in a total of 18.25 miles on the mill. This week should be the first week since Boston where I’ve exceeded 25 miles.
