FOFF Thunder Valley Pad Thai

I really expected the heat to be turned up with a recipe beginning with "Thunder Valley". The flavor was rather subtle, in fact, next time I'll double the sauce. We don't have much experience with Pad Thai so I'm not quite sure how this was suppose to turn out. Exercise any way possible and Pad Thai

Just keep moving. That’s my motto.  Chew gum. Jiggle a leg when sitting. Walk the dog (or cat?!).  Cleaning the house.
