The First Brick and Apple Almond Crumb Pie

Saturday, Ted and I had a super workout.  My day started with a 5.6 mile walk with Shane. Then Ted and I took advantage of the gorgeous weather and enjoyed a 13.6 mile bike ride. When we came home, we quickly changed into swim suits and went to the Community College for a 40 minute swim, incorporating laps into the practice. I can actually DO laps now!
