I like to run.  I joined Utica Road Runners a few years ago but, being a bit introverted, never pursued volunteering and never attended club social functions.  Just call me shy.  I finally bucked up some courage a few years ago, 2010 to be exact, and began talking to Road Runners.  They were pretty darned friendly.  In fact, it was one such RR that directed me to my first marathon, Wine Glass in 2010.  Thanks Jim! Super Endurance and Blueberry Cream Muffins

The title is a bit misleading in that I make no claims that the recipe herein will give you super endurance. Although, the blueberry IS one of nature’s recovery fruits …along with: kiwi, cranberries, blackberries, prunes, raspberries, strawberries, apples, sweet cherries, plums, beans, broccoli, and artichokes.  Why? Those foods are overflowing with antioxidants. No good injured and Egg Beating

Wednesday was a day of beating myself up for a bad run and poor attitude.    What a day! Phew.   The best part of Wednesday was this: Somewhat funny movie.  A romantic comedy that got a lot of criticism from me while watching. Ted kept saying “it’s a movie, they have to do that to have a story”.  Still, I enjoyed the light heartedness of it after such a down day.
