Treadmill Training and Black Beans Brazilian Style

I feel guilty. I’ve been doing two longer runs per week, a 12 mile and a 13 to 14 miler, but the majority of those miles are on the treadmill because I HATE  the thought of going out in the cold and the wind. At first, it was because my leg hurt too much to run outside. But now that the leg is about 98% healed there is no excuse (except maybe single digit weather). Bring It and My Little Apple Galette

“BRING IT” that’s the term used all over the "P90X” program. I still don’t get it.  Personally, I like “PUMP IT” or “WORK IT” or something I can understand.  “BRING IT” doesn’t “DO IT”.  The annoying phrase  and the music (which THANKFULLY I can turn off) are my only gripes with the program. I’m really enjoying the workout.
