Reading about ultra running really helped to motivate me during marathon training.  I thought “If those folks can go 100 miles and endure the blisters, the heat, the extreme exhaustion, and everything else over more than 24 hours in some cases, I can certainly run through my aches and pains in under 4 hours”. What keeps us going and Banana Stuffed French Toast Bake

We’re all different.  What motivates one person does absolutely nothing for another.  When you do any sport for endurance and you’re out there training for hours at a time alone.  An awful lot of thoughts go through your mind.  Saturday’s run was a long run and it took me a long time.
