Vegetable Red Sauce with Spaghetti Squash

This recipe will serve 4 No one except me had ever had spaghetti squash.  Tuesday night would be their official introduction to this tasty alternative to pasta.  But first, we needed a sauce that would pair well with the squash and also the turkey sausage they were eating and the tuna I was having.  Here is our Tuesday night meal.
