Honey, You’re In the News

The rain began falling around 7:45 am but I beat it.  It was a warm 62 degrees, my legs started out heavy but then kicked in more quickly than usual.  The hills seemed challenging  but when I looked at my time, they didn’t really make a difference to my pace. I ran alone. Shane was with Ted enjoying a day off.  It seems I run faster without Shane so on those days when pace control is important, it might be best to get Shane out the door and running along.
