No kidding, this is spicy. I only used 1 jalapeno and that was enough to make my tongue tingle. And WHY, you might ask, would a runner, want to eat spicy food? FOFF Cheesy Dip Spread

Using Carla Vavala’s “Fusion of Food and Friends” Cookbook, the most delicious cheese dip was baked and served for Sunday Football snack-eroos!  It was the perfect food to enjoy on a Sunday at home, in front of the TV with the hubby. FOFF Carla Style Pot Stickers

This recipe on page 4 of the book Fusion of Food and Friends by Carla Vavala was absolutely what Ted and I wanted for a Sunday at home watching football.
