This week’s recipe from our book A Taste of Utica is posted by Mikki and dedicated to Don the Menace.  I’m not sure who Don is nor why he is a menace, maybe because he had his fingers in the batter while Mikki was  trying to bake the cake. Baby Showers, Graduation Cakes, and Testing

Test results for Running Coach certification:  I PASSED!  YAY!   I hate tests and I’m a crappy test taker.   But the result on this particular test was a passing grade with FLYING COLORS.   Ted and I took Shane for a long walk Sunday morning and decided to skip our morning bike ride this week.  Ted had shoulder aches and pains and I was hurting from low back to my toes.  We’ll shoot for a Monday night ride, if it’s not raining.
