What a down week. I had no motivation to exercise what so ever.  I managed to eek out the miles Monday and Tuesday but Wednesday thru Friday, forget it.  I walked the dogs and that was it. My head wasn’t in the game.  In fact, on Friday, while getting ready to go out and celebrate our anniversary, brushing my teeth didn’t even go off as planned. In a word, ICK!  What I put on the toothbrush wasn’t toothpaste it was face wash!  Eeewwww!  Lucky for me, Arbonne products are all natural so I wasn’t afraid of growing an extra head or anything after putting face wash cream in my mouth.

I have all the tubes lined up so it’s an easy mistake if your even the least little bit in a mental fog.

Actually, since on topic, Arbonne’s toothpaste, mouth wash and deodorant are new and ALL NATURAL.

Pure Mint Deodorant:  Is aluminum-free, paraben-free and infused with mint and extracts from white tea, ginger, lemongrass, sage and tea tree that fights bad odor and helps you feel fresh. Baking soda and vegetable enzymes help neutralize odor, blocking the effects of odor-causing bacteria and delivering gentle, effective protection. It works!

Pure Mint Toothpaste:  A fluoride-free gel that helps cleanse and brighten teeth. Just the right combination of mint and spearmint flavors, plus white tea, ginger, grape, pomegranate and cranberry to freshen breath. Brushing daily helps remove stains and prevent plaque and tartar build-up. Contains no artificial flavors.

Pure Mint Mouthwash:  Freshen breath with the flavor of spearmint, and extracts from cranberry, grape, pomegranate and ginger. This minty formula helps you start your day feeling fresh. It’s alcohol-free, paraben-free, and formulated without sodium lauryl sulfate.

Love Arbonne products!

Anyway, back to the fog and feeling unmotivated.

I had a long run of 20 miles scheduled for Saturday. It didn’t happen. I ran 18 miles and went up some hefty hills as an excuse to walk.  Feeling rotten I didn’t get 20 in but feeling good that, based on my lack of mojo, I at least got 18 in.

After the run, I decided on a nice hot bath but it wasn’t taken alone.  There is no alone time any more in our house.  The dogs are everywhere!

I might get some more running in tomorrow while waiting for Ted to complete each leg of the tri.  We’ll see. Sometimes you just have to take time off. Don’t you?!
