Have you ever tried Wafer Cookies? Do you enjoy them “as is” or do you have a favorite recipe where the wafer cookie is a key ingredient?
I would love these wafer cookies!!!!!!! My chickens love the pineapple rinds, they have a hula party in the barn 🙂
Donna: Make sure to click the link to get the $1.00 off coupon. Hannafords and Price Chopper both carry the wafers.
I don’t think I have had wafer cookies – unless you count those neapolitan ones you can get in the stores that are rectangular and not at ALL natural or European-sounding! I love, love, love pineapple. I would eat it every day if it was easier to cut and transport. Yum!!
Ali: Pineapple is not difficult at all to cut. Sharpen the chef knife in your kitchen and follow the photographs. 🙂 If you go to Loacker’s site, click on the link, you can see what stores in your area carry them. Down load the $1.00 coupon.
