The Plans and Braised Leek with Green Peppers and Oranges

The workout plan for the week has gone fairly well, except for the Tuesday glitch but those things happen especially the week after a wonderful vacation. So I never got my bike ride in but I did manage the 45 min. of Elliptical.  This is how it went. Wednesday was my mid week dedicated running day.
