Was it the computer or was it me?

There is not one iota of electronic technical intelligence existing in my brain. This is voluntary. Electronics don't interest me except that I enjoy being able to use them. When there is a problem such as not being able to turn on the television the joy of new technology quickly leaves my body. Just let me get out of my seat, press an "ON" button and turn a darned dial on the TV, opting for one of the 4 available stations instead of hundreds available for viewing nowadays. Fun Things Friday

The weekly exercise recap: It wasn’t one of my best workout weeks. Those mystery pains are back again in my hip and hamstring.  I’m thinking some serious revamping of my workout schedule is in order. I ran Monday and had a great run.  It wasn’t long since I cross trained in the gym with the Elliptical and weights but it was a good run up some serious hills once I got outside. Whine for Wine

Amazing how quickly Saturday’s fly by.  I was running, blogging, bathing, eating, shopping then all of a sudden it’s the middle of the afternoon and Ted is saying “Let’s go”.  We made a stop at the bike store and picked up some different mirrors for our bikes.  The ones on our helmets don’t work for either one of us.  Maybe we’ll get used to them but right now, we don’t like them. At the Vineyard

It was another enjoyable Friday evening with friends. We met Bob and Nancy at the Vineyard for wine and small eats.  Jackie and Rock had intended to join us however, emergency situation: their basement was deep in 9" of water.  Unfortunately, they weren't able to leave that mess.  It happens a lot around here between burst pipes, back flow when snow melts and the ground just can't absorb all the moisture, we all deal with it at some point.
