Chipmunk Freedom and FroYo
Monday’s workout: A 3.8 mile treadmill run. Nothing fancy, just plodding away the miles while watching the news. A light leg workout followed for 40 minutes with abs mixed in. The morning was too perfect to pass up an easy, enjoyable run with Shane. We logged just over 5 miles. Total miles today = 9.40 easy running miles. I managed to squeeze in a chest and arm workout last night so I have one more day of back and shoulders then it’s all running focused. It surprises me that biking doesn't effect running.
