Boilermaker 2013

It was hot.  I don’t like hot.  Does ANYONE like hot? Probably not but some deal with it better than others.  The heat did affect the way I ran this years Boilermaker but it was still a shocker to see that my time was the same as last year. Vitacost Inspired Kamut Salad with Carrots and Raisins

We were slugs on Sunday.  It started out with rain early in the morning.  We got soaked while running and someone tried to run me over.  Not just a close call but a true as the day I was born, attempt to hit me with their car.   Luckily I was near a telephone pole and able to duck in next to it.   Was the person drunk?
