Orange Cauliflower

When you visit the produce section of the grocery store, do you look for something different to cook? A little variety in your vegetables or are you the type that prefers to stay with what is most familiar?   I'm ALWAYS on the look out for variety.  This week the orange caught my eye. Orange Cauliflower.  It is also known as "Cheddar Cauliflower" (no explanation needed).  It was originally discovered almost 40 years ago in Canada.
