It has been a while since I ran a 5K. Today the race was right across the street along a route that Shane and I either walk or run at least twice a week. Up at 5:45 am and out the door with Shane for a warm up 2 miler. Fiddle faddled around and ate 1/2 a banana with peanut butter at 6:30 am. Ted left to go have coffee with the guys. Saturday night we I watch “Avatar”. Ted fell asleep after 15 minutes into this 162 minute movie. He kept muttering something about “it’s all the same story” every time I tried to wake him up. I thought it was a fantastic movie with a good story. It was a bit long for this “fidget” to sit still all the way through but I only took two breaks so didn’t miss much. Did you see the movie yet?
