CEimB Lemon Ginger Iced Tea with Berry Cubes

Who doesn’t love a refreshing glass of iced tea when the summer heat is making our body temperatures rise?  Ellie came up with a recipe that beats the heat, refreshes, and makes you feel good inside.  It’s not too sweet (but of course I didn’t add the amount of honey recommended in the recipe), but it is lemony, cold, and the berry cubes are so much fun to eat. Good Tea

I've picked up a liking for flavored teas in the afternoon.  They are almost like a sweet snack.  Three of my recent favorites are:  Celestial Seasonings India Chai Spice; Cinnamon Apple Spice; and English Toffee. I've also been adding a little bit of soy creamer.  This new found tea habit should work out well on cold winter afternoons. I had the Chai Spice today.
