This morning, as Shane and I turned toward the Gym at MVCC, we saw a questionable situation. There is usually a bicycle chained to a post at the corner of the building. I have seen it there throughout this nasty winter. Today, there was a person (moved like a man) lumbering across the parking lot toward the Gym building. He went right to the bike and began sawing at the chain. It actually went through my mind whether to say something or not. Would he say something to me like "not to worry - it's my bike". NO.
