Can’t say I was looking forward to this dish. I just couldn’t wrap myself around the idea of adding spaghetti with my much loved frittata. Maybe that kind of thinking sabotaged the recipe right from the start. I thought about subbing rice for the pasta but I didn’t. It was “go right by the book” (well, almost) this week.
