First a tip.  I read that espresso beans might be a good source of UMPH on a run if you’re used to caffeine. CEimB Shrimp fra diavolo with spinach

This weeks recipe was chosen by Jennifer of The Rookie Baker.  This was a great pick for me but questionable for the rest of the family.   My mother doesn’t like shrimp and no one except for me enjoys fra diavolo sauce. It was needless worry. Rave reviews.  We all loved it.  I was the only one with a criticism which was that it needed more Diavolo! A Simple Recap

Monday: Having a little trouble here getting internet service. We needed a coffee fix so here we sit offering a update at a Starbucks.  Not bad since Starbucks happens to be one of my favorite rest stops to refuel. This morning Shane and I went for a 4 mile trek around Heritage. Walk/Jog , this/that.  It was cold.  I made my self a nice warming breakfast to take the chill away.  Not a real pretty picture, but it got the job done.       As for the rest of the day... shop, shop, shop.
