Seafood Fritatta

I have to share this and let you know how amusing animals can be.  We have a little stuffed horse, and if you squeeze it's ear, it will snort, moves its head, tail, and makes sounds like its galloping away.  Shane has typically barked like crazy at this thing. Well this week, he discovered how to make it come to life. He gently nudges the ear with his nose. It starts up and he leaps back with his ears up.
