Two products I feel so lucky to have discovered: Rudi's Gluten Free Breads and Block Island Sunscreen. I get quite a few freebies sent to me to try out.  Since everyone’s preferences are unique, if I don’t like something, I don’t put up a review rather than offering negative comments. Rudi’s Gluten Free Sandwich Bread

After an upsetting last long run before the Disney Goofy Challenge, I decided to make myself feel better by delving head first into some good, healthy carbohydrates. Why? Because running 12 miles on the treadmill, 4 miles outside, wind blasting on snow covered roads with a calf that begins to seize up and finishing with 30 tedious minutes on the elliptical deserves major carbohydrate overload.
