Don’t Burn the Tuna Burgers

Back track to Thursday: Thursday morning’s run was exhausting for Shane.  It wasn’t a long run, we did an easy 5.7 but the temperature was a humid 73 F.  Both Shane and I are cold weather runners.  Before the run, back and triceps were worked using the cables and dumbbells.  Shane slept through the weight workout, lucky dog! Running to LI and Citrus Cloud Cookies

Thursday workout recap:  Treadmill running sometimes goes by quickly and sometimes it drags on forever.  Luckily, during yesterday’s 4 1/2 on the mill, my energy kicked in at 2 1/2 and the rest was a breeze.  Maybe it was watching “Paula’s Party” on the Food Channel that made the time pass by quicker.  When I switched to my shoulder workout I also switched the station to the news.  Did I hear correctly that Tori Spelling, while trying to contact her father reached FARRAH FAWCETT who wanted to contact RYAN O’NEIL????!!!! Herb Coated Cod

We are suppose to go to breakfast and bike riding with friends this Sunday morning.  It's raining lightly so that plan might not work out.  Ted wants us to ride to breakfast anyway.  He really does like riding.  The three of us, Ted, Shane, and myself went for a walk in the rain and my hands are frozen.  The only good part of walking in wet weather is that no one else is out there so Shane can run free.
