Golabki, Golumkies Or Just Plain Cabbage Rolls
Polish stuffed cabbage rolls or even more fun to say “Golumkies”. These titillated my taste buds years ago by an excellent cook, a true-blue Polish lady. She made everything from scratch. Not a person at the table that didn’t “ooh and ah” about what was just eaten. The best part: there were always leftovers to take home. Unfortunately I don’t have her recipe so I came up with one of my own using vegetarian meat crumbles as a substitute to pork and/or beef.
