Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie and GIVEAWAY

First things first:  Exercise.  You have to work out if you want to eat the goodies.  Right?! Monday’s workout: 30 minute Treadmill run with 6 strides after the 30 minutes of 45 seconds to 1 minute each, resting  40 to 50 seconds in between.  Total miles =4.6 at average pace of 8.39.  Weights = chest and arms.  Walk with Shane for 3.3 miles.  He’ll run with me tomorrow.  I think he was really beat after our 9 miler on Saturday so I’m giving him two days off from running.  He’ll hit the road with me Tuesday.
