“No Strings Pizza”

Another super product to sample from Foodbuzz.  Kikkoman Ponzu Lime Seasoning.  What other way to enjoy the flavors of this dressing/sauce than on Tilapia, a tender, mild white fish.  A recipe came with the sauce which was for Shrimp Fajitas. I used that recipe as a base to form this healthy pizza.  A delight for those rare people who can’t stand stringy, melted cheese.
