What’s been going on with this marathon training? Well…..it’s been going. This past week, I did manage to get minimum miles in and it went something like this: Monday, 3 1/4  miles running easy. Tuesday, took the day off. I ran Saturday, Sunday and Monday then bonked! Wednesday, was a tempo run.  Ran 7.4 miles total and 3 miles at tempo. Friday, Friday, Finally Friday

 Our Harry & David delivery arrived yesterday. They describe these beautiful pieces of fruit as "...The World's Delights, The Rarest, Most Delicious Pears... So big and juicy, you eat them with a spoon".  The Nutritional Facts for these fancy pears are: 1 Pear approx. 198 g.    120 Cals. 0g Fat. 0 Cholesterol. 0 Sodium. 31 g Carbohydrates, 7 g Fiber, 19 g Sugar, 1 g Protein. Skirting the cold

My alarm went off and, again, I was in the middle of a good dream. I got up. Decided, since we were going out tonight and would be later to bed, I should skip the workout and catch an hour or two more z's.  Went back to bed. Sleep wasn't happening.
