A Pseudo Friday

Why is this a "pseudo" Friday? Because tomorrow we both have the day off in observance of Good Friday! In honor of  this Thursday being a fake Friday, Ted and I enjoyed a "pseudo" happy hour but with a REAL glass of great French Chardonnay, Macon Villages: For tonight's dinner, we kept it simple and went with a frittata.
