Midweek Meatloaf

What’s been going on with the exercise?   We have still be running and lifting weights.  The same schedule: Monday - Friday 30 minutes of Aerobics. 25 - 30 minutes of weights. 35 - 50 minutes outside aerobics with Shane.  With all that exercise, one needs some time off once and a while.  The holidays are approaching and that’s when time off is taken.
