I haven’t been doing much creative cooking or baking.  There’s a gremlin in the house! This recipe by Carla Vavala was easy enough to make and keep a left eye on Zoey.  Shane watches her as well but believes his main job is to make sure she doesn’t destroy his toys. Red Skin Potatoes with Colored Pepper Pea Sauté

No exercise tid bits to share.  I’m getting on a 6 am flight to Chicago only to return home at 8:30 tonight. Have to be on the NYS Thruway by 4 am… ahhhh! I’m crazy!  Hope you enjoy the recipe….
