Production Kitchen and Berry-Low Fat Upside Down Cake
Running/Exercise: After yesterdays Morning Glory experience, I needed a good workout. I ate SO MANY bun scraps and candy like raisins…UGG! My stomach stills flips at the thought. Legs and arms were worked for 55 minutes before running 4 miles at near race pace. This week is taper week before the marathon on Sunday. Weight workouts will be light and I’ll run through Friday.
