In the Pool Running and Banana Nilla-Gran Pudding

I had two good morning runs on Saturday and Sunday.  To top off my park runs, I decided to tough it out in the cold water and go with Ted to the college for a swim. Ted swam, I ran in the water with my support belt and paddle gloves.  It was  a good 35 minutes of pool running. CEimB Parfaits and Smoothies

Look who made the USAWeekend!   ELLIE! Because Ted and I were having too much fun in the sun, I missed last weeks CEimB recipe “Muesli Parfaits” chosen by Sarah of Sarah’s Kitchen Adventures.
