Sweet Potato Bundt Banana Cake

Another weekend flew past.  I made Shane run a faster 6 1/2 miles on Saturday and we walked and jogged a little around the golf course Sunday for 4 1/2.  Regarding aerobic activity, it was a productive weekend. As for the Monday workout, another new routine for Get Your Bod Back : Warm up run: 3 1/2 miles Chest: 4 sets each.  Incline BB Press (15,12,10,8)  superset with Incline Flys (12,12,10,10).  Flat bench bb press (12,10,8,6) superset with flat bench db flys (12,12,10,10).  Parallel Bar Dip 2 x to failure, superset with push ups 2 x to failure.
