The other day, I needed a day off from work.  Sometimes things just pile up and a break is needed.  One day, that’s all. CNYEats A Taste of Utica NY Style Cheesecake

What a beautiful Saturday.  It was perfect for an early morning run.  16 miles and negative splits for the last 8 miles.  I’ll take it.
